General Research Interests

Our research spans a wide range of topics from microwaves to optics related to applied electromagnetism in general:

-   Nano optics and nano photonics, Nano antennas, Optical leaky wave antennas, Plasmonics, Spectroscopy, Chirality etc

-   Metamaterials and Metasurfaces

-   Sensors, Microwave, infrared and optical devices

-   Wireless systems and communications, Antennas, THz and Millimeter wave antennas, On-chip antennas, Scattering,

-   Electron beam devices, like TWT and BWOs

-   Theory and applications of exceptional points of degeneracy

Our research is or has been funded by the National Science Foundation, AFOSR, ARO, Sandia National Labs., Semiconductor Research Corporation, Keck foundation
